R White Masonry can create quality sandstone walls using the best materials, and tried and tested construction techniques. We will take on projects of all sizes, and employ all necessary resources to achieve the best possible results, no matter the scale.

The Objective

Sandstone walls reflect the character and period of the property they surround. Visually beautiful, they do require upkeep and repairs and that’s where we come in. Highly skilled and experienced in this medium we are able to renovate and recreate to exacting standards.

Sandstone can be used effectively for garden walls, planters, boundary walls and property walls.

What We Do

The process usually begins with us laying a new concrete footing. We use either cement or lime depending upon the job and density of materials. All ratios are calculated and made comparatively according to the density of the stone, which in turn ensures settlement crack run through the moratorium and not the stone making them easily repairable int he future. All stone is shaped by hand and works can be undertaken year round except in heavy rain or frost.
